Raphael Porcelain — QuickBooks Online Integration

- What this software is
The Raphael Porcelain QuickBooks Online Integration (“the Software”) is an internal software integration that transfers sales records from Raphael Porcelain’s own Salesforce system into Raphael Porcelain’s own QuickBooks Online accounting company.
The Software is built and operated by Raphael Porcelain for its own use. It is not sold, licensed, distributed, or otherwise made available to any other person or organisation, and it is not listed on any application marketplace.
- Who may use it
Use of the Software is limited to employees and authorised contractors of Raphael Porcelain acting in the course of their work, and only through accounts issued to them by Raphael Porcelain.
No licence to use the Software is granted to anyone else.
- Permitted use
Authorised users may use the Software solely to transfer Raphael Porcelain’s own business records between Raphael Porcelain’s own systems.
Authorised users must not copy, modify, publish, distribute or attempt to resell the Software or any part of it, or use it to access any data other than Raphael Porcelain’s own.
- Data
The Software transfers Raphael Porcelain’s own business records — sales orders, invoices, customer payments and the customer and product references needed to place them correctly — between Raphael Porcelain’s Salesforce system and its QuickBooks Online company.
It does not share data with any third party, and it does not transfer data to any system other than those two.

- Relationship with Intuit
Raphael Porcelain is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of Intuit Inc. QuickBooks and QuickBooks Online are trademarks of Intuit Inc.
The Software connects to QuickBooks Online using Intuit’s published developer interfaces, under the Intuit Developer Terms of Service. Use of QuickBooks Online itself is governed by the agreement between Raphael Porcelain and Intuit, not by this document.
- No warranty
The Software is provided as-is, for internal use, without warranty of any kind. Raphael Porcelain does not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Records transferred by the Software are subject to the same review as any other accounting entry, and nothing in the Software removes the need for that review.
- Changes
Raphael Porcelain may change or withdraw the Software at any time. Any change to this agreement will be published on this page with a revised effective date.
