Raphael Porcelain warrants that its first-quality porcelain tile and paver products are manufactured in accordance with applicable industry standards, including ANSI A137.1, and will be free from manufacturing defects for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase.
Scope of Warranty
This Limited Warranty applies only to products:
Purchased and installed in the United States and Canada
Installed in accordance with Raphael guidelines, the TCNA Handbook, and ANSI standards
Used for intended and approved applications

1. Pre-Installation Inspection: Tile and pavers must be inspected prior to installation.
2. Acceptance: Installation constitutes full acceptance of the product.
3. Visible Defects: No claims will be honored for appearance issues after installation.

What is Covered: Manufacturing defects in first-quality material.
What is Not Covered:
Improper installation or maintenance
Shade, color, or texture variation inherent to porcelain
Damage from misuse, impact, or structural movement
Slip resistance performance or environmental conditions
Labor, removal, or reinstallation costs
Remedy
If a valid claim is confirmed, Raphael Porcelain will, at its option:
Replace the defective material, or
Refund the original purchase price
